This project represents work from the spectacular desert environment. As I explored these area I realized they had much in common both visually and with their incredible distortions of space and time. The patterns of light, cloud and earth constantly remakes itself in the desert which leads to unlimited visual opportunities. The desert is a place of introspection and fantasy. There exists the dichotomy of bizarre forms in a harsh, unrepentant environment. Naked landscapes that invite inspection together with severe isolation can create a paradigm where the mind becomes engaged with the essential connection of the infinite.
